Nicole Wilson

Nicole graduated from Victoria University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Sciences) and in 2000 with a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). She then travelled and worked in a number of private clinics around Australia before settling in Sydney to have children and run a paediatric/women’s health osteopathic practice for 6 years. More recently she volunteered on a number of child and women’s health projects in Papua New Guinea, before returning to her hometown Melbourne in 2021 and working with the Sports and Spinal group in St Kilda.

Professionally, Nicole has a Postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric Manual Therapy from VU (2011), a Postgraduate Certificate in Ageing from Melbourne University (2022) and has completed numerous professional development courses in Barral visceral manipulation, cranial osteopathy, women’s health and upper limb lymphoedema management through ALERT at Macquarie University. Nicole has also completed additional training in hands on therapy for breast cancer patients with surgery/radiation scars, fibrous tissue, adhesions, capsular contraction, cording, post DIEP surgery and lymphoedema management of the breast and upper limb.

Her role is to free up pain and restrictions that often accompany breast cancer treatment.

She is married with three daughters and derives much pleasure from food, wine, mid century architecture and design, bushwalking, attempting to grow stuff in her garden, Parkrun, cool glasses and hearing peoples’ stories.
